French May Arts Festival 2023
In 2023, French May Arts Festival celebrates its 30th anniversary with the theme PULSARTE. With over 120 of the highest international calibre, covering a broad array of artistic disciplines that include the visual arts, opera, classical and contemporary music, dance, new circus, theatre and cinema as well as the culinary arts. The festival is a unique opportunity to discover the best of the French artistic scene in Hong Kong.
The theme for 2023 is based on the iconic French colours of blue, white and red, using the concept of "Point, Line and Surface" to create the shape of a dandelion, which represents the promotion and development of arts in Hong Kong over the years, and French May will keep on spreading the seeds of the arts with the “Pulse” to various places in Hong Kong.
The theme is applied to various application, including festival brochure cover, festival website banner, magzine ad, printed poster, press conference materials, bus superside ad and social media promotion.
A set of abstract line flower is created for the section header in the festival brochure.
